pencil and story: Magnus

Magnus recounts in this volume, under the guise of showing the life of the murderer of Ernesto 'Che' Guevara, now a drug trafficker in Bolivia, the last days of the famous guerrilla's life.
Guevara is in Bolivia in 1967 to help the rebels against the military dictatorship.
The mission is a failure and 'Che' ends up being killed by American paramilitary troops, on loan to the Bolivian army.
The coup de grace, however, is given by a military doctor, on his first mission, who receives the order to "shoot down" the already seriously wounded commander.
When we find him again, in the 70s, the ex soldier is known as "El Lugubre", a heroin addict in the service of local drug producers.
However, rereading Guevara's diary, the man chooses to redeem himself and rebels against the drug dealers and their customers (the CIA), killing himself in an explosion to eliminate them.
The part relating to the doctor is obviously a fictional story, while the texts of the famous revolutionary's diary are extremely faithful.
