Feilong does not kill Tony Stark in public, for fear of the Avengers' reaction.
Shortly afterwards Captain America (Steve Rogers) arrives, but Tony leaves alone to reach Emma.
Tony informs Emma of the massacre during the Hell Gala and the deaths of all the humans treated with the Krakoan memory drugs (modified by M.O.D.O.K.).
Tony Stark returns the armor to Feilong, as ordered by the judge, then begins designing new technology to stop him.
In prison, James Rhodes is beaten every day and the guards do nothing.
Tony and Emma take refuge in the Hellfire Club and meet the new White King: Kingpin.
