In the distant past, Gaea helps her daughter Rhea, wife of Cronus, hide her son Zeus from his all-consuming hunger.
Gaea predicts that Zeus will be a prototype of the champion that will be needed in the future.
Thor must pass the test imposed by Loki to leave the dark dimension.
With the help of Hercules he finds the solution to the challenge.
First he convinces Nyx to stay in that dimension, where her power is at its maximum.
He then confronts Zeus and absorbs all his power.
