pencil and story: Milo Manara

Story dedicated to Hugo Pratt (H.P.) starring a normal man who wants "The Adventure".
He responds to a job advertisement made by a mysterious production company, which offers him to experience a live adventure.
They send him to Venice to meet the mysterious H.P., who will be his guide on the journey.
Magically he finds himself in South America, where he has to face guerrillas, natives and rebels.
Eventually the adventure is too much for him and he lets himself be beheaded by a savage, waking up again in Venice.
H.P. he turns out to be an agent of the devil, as is, perhaps, all of the show's production.
A strange story, one of Manara's oldest (you can guess it from the graphics, which are still a bit rough).
A dreamlike and "alternative" journey, but still interesting.
