The Fantastic Four are attacked by Nicholas Scratch and his Salem Seven.
Somehow they managed to escape from the Dark Dimension.
Before escaping, Scratch blasts the Fantastic Four with a spell, which reverses their atoms.
The main consequence of the magic is that they can no longer feed in our dimension.
Reed takes them to the Dark Dimension and reverses the effects of the magic.
Returning home, they do not realize that they have brought some bacteria from the Dark Dimension with them.
