The protagonist of this new miniseries (Captain America: Symbol of Truth) is Sam Wilson.
In this adventure he is joined by Falcon, aka the Mexican Joaquin Torres, by Redwing and by Misty Knight, his girlfriend.
Misty directs him towards a possible heist of a train carrying the super-soldier serum.
Captain America and Falcon reach the train and stop a group of mercenaries.
On board, however, they find only a few Mexican illegal immigrants, including Joaquin's cousin.
In the finale a new character, the White Wolf, visits Brock Rumlow, aka Crossbones, in prison.
The mysterious character offers him the chance to overthrow two governments and kill Captain America.
