Introduction
Kathleen Bannon grew up in an orphanage in New Jersey and never knew her parents.
As soon as she had the chance she escaped from the orphanage with her friends, living on the streets.
The years spent homeless weren't easy, but she managed to survive.
The turning point comes when she is admitted to the police academy, thanks to her lover, Lieutenant Manolo.
Her uniform career will lead her to learn about her family ties, and become entangled in them…forever!
