Final confrontation (and very disappointing!) between Tony Stark and Korvac.
After giving up his godly powers, Tony is attacked in Central Park by Korvac, who is about to kill him.
Tony is in morphine withdrawal and close to collapse.
Despite this, he manages to convince Korvac, gifted with cosmic awareness and divine powers, of the uselessness of his actions dictated exclusively by fear.
Michael (Korvac) gives up his power, takes Tony to the hospital and then… commits suicide?!
Patsy Walker accompanies Tony to a detox clinic (where he finds the time to stay at least 28 days in the clinic, given what happens in the other series where Iron Man is a supporting character, remains a mystery!).
