During a trip to a paper mill, he discovers that Jimbo, Dolph and Kearny (the three bullies of the school) are dealing in collectible comics deliberately defective.
Milhouse discovers the comics are being resold at their local comic store and alerts Bartman.
Bartman manages to ruin the business of the three bullies.
